My dad was forced out of his job yesterday after 32 years at the company. The Philips management and HR folks handed the situation incredibly poorly. Or maybe that's just how greedy corporations deal with their employees. Either way, he had been miserable for a while, and was planning on retiring in January anyway. So I guess he'll just start relaxing a little bit early!
